Dreadbox Nostalgi Overview
The 10 HP Dreadbox Chromatic Nostalgia is a powerful 3-stage hybrid delay module in Eurorack format, based on the Erebus delay circuit. The module consists of three echo circuits in series and features individual outputs for stage 1 and 2 with the output levels being attenuated by 1/2 the incoming signal.
There are two distinct feedback controls for different stages, which allow you to manipulate each echo taps independently. The 1/3 feedback slider adds an additional tap based on 1/3 of the delay time, while the full slider adds feedback based on the delay time. The master output combines all the delay taps together for a powerful delay effect.
A built-in LFO with rate and depth controls provide pseudo tape effects with modulation. The LFO can also be used as an independent LFO with dedicated triangle and square wave outputs. There are two inputs on the Nostalgia, the 10pp input on the bottom is designed for modular signal levels, while the input at the top is designed for guitar level signals and includes an attenuation knob for dialing in the best signal level. The Nostalgia has a depth of 1.4" and ships with a power ribbon cable.
