Schmincke Aqua Drop Brush Tip Liner is an empty pen that can be used to create outlines and brush strokes of different thicknesses using Schminke Aqua Drop watercolour inks only.
The empty pen can easily be filled with all colours of Schmincke Aqua Drop colours except the Opaque White colour or colours mixed with Opaque White
